Shipping policy

At Morning Dew Farms, we strive to process and ship orders efficiently while maintaining compliance with applicable federal and Texas laws governing hemp-derived products.

This Shipping Policy applies to retail purchases, wholesale orders, and, where applicable, private-label and contract manufacturing shipments unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

1.Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Wholesale, bulk, and custom manufacturing orders generally require additional processing time based on:

• production schedules
• ingredient availability
• packaging availability
• laboratory testing
• customer approvals
• order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

2.Shipping Destinations

Morning Dew Farms ships only to locations where shipment of the applicable product is permitted under applicable law at the time the order is processed.

At this time, we do not ship hemp-derived products to:

• Idaho
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• APO/FPO addresses
• International destinations

Shipping restrictions may change without notice as laws, regulations, or carrier policies evolve.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment that may violate applicable law or create an unacceptable compliance risk.

3.Age Verification

Morning Dew Farms sells hemp-derived products only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to:

• verify a purchaser’s age
• request government-issued identification
• require adult signature upon delivery
• cancel orders when age cannot be verified.

Orders suspected of being placed on behalf of a minor will be canceled.

4.Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one or more commercial carriers selected by Morning Dew Farms based on destination, service level, package size, and availability.

Carrier selection may change without notice.

5.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless alternative shipping arrangements have been made in writing for wholesale or manufacturing customers.

Applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges will be displayed before an order is finalized.

6.Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Morning Dew Farms is not responsible for delays caused by:

• weather
• carrier delays
• supply chain interruptions
• labor disputes
• governmental inspections
• customs actions
• equipment failures
• natural disasters
• force majeure events
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain products—including gummies, confections, chocolates, and soft-gel products—may soften or melt during shipment, particularly during periods of elevated temperatures.

Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat generally do not affect product quality or intended use.

Customers choosing shipment during warmer months acknowledge these risks.

Morning Dew Farms is not responsible for cosmetic changes resulting from exposure to heat after products leave our facility.

8.Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Morning Dew Farms is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

• incorrect addresses
• incomplete addresses
• undeliverable locations
• refusal of delivery.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

9.Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, customers should:

• verify the shipping address
• check around the delivery location
• contact household members or neighbors
• contact the carrier directly.

Morning Dew Farms may assist customers with carrier claims where appropriate but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages reported as delivered.

10.Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify Morning Dew Farms within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

• photographs of the shipping carton
• photographs of the damaged product
• photographs of the shipping label where applicable
• a description of the damage.

Failure to provide timely notice may affect our ability to investigate or process the claim.

11.Wholesale Shipments

Wholesale customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Visible shortages, shipping damage, or discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours.

Failure to report discrepancies within the required period may constitute acceptance of the shipment.

12.Manufacturing Shipments

Products manufactured under private-label or contract manufacturing agreements may require:

• final artwork approval
• laboratory testing
• production release
• payment in full (unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing)

before shipment.

Estimated production dates are not guaranteed and may change based on production scheduling, ingredient availability, laboratory turnaround times, regulatory considerations, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

13.Regulatory Compliance

Morning Dew Farms ships products that are intended to comply with applicable federal and Texas laws at the time of manufacture and shipment.

Because hemp laws continue to evolve, customers are responsible for determining whether products may lawfully be possessed, transported, distributed, resold, or used in their destination jurisdiction.

Morning Dew Farms reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments when necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. This reflects our commitment to responsible distribution and current Texas regulatory expectations for consumable hemp products.
