How we make it

This is one of the few places a numbered list is honest, because it really is a sequence. Here it is, in order.
Source the input
Hemp extract and isolate come from suppliers whose paperwork we have already checked, sourced through relationships we have held for years — not a broker, not a spot market. If we cannot see where something came from, we do not buy it.
Develop the formula in a kitchen
Every recipe on this site was developed by a chef, tasted, adjusted, and tasted again. Flavor is solved with real fruit and botanical terpenes rather than by adding sugar until the problem goes away. No artificial sweeteners, no artificial coloring — the color in the gummies comes from things like turmeric and spirulina.
Write the procedure down
Once a formula is right, it becomes a written standard operating procedure: quantities, temperatures, order of operations, cure and set times. The point of an SOP is that batch forty tastes like batch one.
Make it in small batches
Small enough that one person can watch the whole run and taste it before it gets a label. Bigger batches are cheaper per unit and that is exactly the trade we are not making.
Send it to an independent lab
Every batch goes out for third-party testing — cannabinoid potency plus the safety panels. We use New Bloom Labs and KCA Laboratories. We are not the ones grading our own homework.
Publish the certificate
If the numbers come back right, the batch ships and the certificate goes on the site as a downloadable PDF. If they do not, it does not ship. Where a certificate is not posted yet, the lab results page says so rather than leaving a blank.
What we will not do
- · Artificial sweeteners, artificial coloring, or artificial flavoring.
- · Buy an input we cannot trace back to its source.
- · Ship a batch whose lab results have not come back.
- · Publish a potency figure we did not measure.
