Unopened items
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error.
Opened items
Because of what these products are, we cannot accept returns on anything that has been opened or used. This is a safety and compliance requirement, not a preference.
If we got it wrong
If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or your order is incomplete, contact us within seven days of delivery. Send a photo if there is damage. We will replace it or refund it, and we will cover the shipping either way.
Non-returnable
Gift cards and sale items marked final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Call the shop or use the contact form with your order number. We will tell you whether to send it back and where.
