When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address. When you sign up for email we collect your email address and nothing else.
We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, so we know which pages are worth keeping.
Payment information
We do not store card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and card data goes to them directly rather than through us.
What we do with it
We use your information to fulfil orders, to contact you about an order, and — if you opted in — to send you email about new batches and restocks. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the services required to actually run the business: the payment processor, the shipping carrier, and our email provider.
Cookies
The site uses local storage to remember your cart, your age verification, and whether you have dismissed the announcement bar. That data stays in your browser.
